State Director - South Carolina

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic State Director to lead our South Carolina home health operations. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Operations Management

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all South Carolina home health operations, overseeing multiple branches and service locations throughout the state


• Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that align with organizational goals while addressing the unique needs of the South Carolina market


• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency, quality outcomes, and financial sustainability
