Location:
Oklahoma-based (Tulsa preferred) | Occasional travel to Kansas

Compensation:
Full-Time / Salary: $50,000 – $56,000 annually (DOE)

Position Summary:

Zona Facta is seeking a dependable and proactive State Manager to oversee security operations across Oklahoma and Kansas. This salaried leadership role is ideal for a field-capable manager ready to drive personnel accountability, correct underperformance, and support future company scaling.

While not a post-based role, the State Manager must be willing and able to flex in as an officer when necessary. Most responsibilities are Oklahoma-focused, with periodic travel to Kansas.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day security operations across all sites in OK and KS
  
  


• Directly manage all site personnel, shift coverage, and standards enforcement
  
  


• Conduct field visits weekly to ensure on-site performance and compliance
  
  


• Respond to call-offs, emergencies, or startup demands with hands-on coverage
  
  


• Serve as the primary client-facing representative across both states
  
  


• Assist in the launch of new sites/contracts, including staffing and training
  
  


• Provide weekly reports to leadership on wins, issues, and guard accountability
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• CLEET Level I, II and IV Certification (current and in good standing)
  
  


• 2–4 years experience in security field leadership or site supervision
  
  


• Ability to manage remote teams and multiple schedules
  
  


• Strong communication and issue-resolution skills
  
  


• Willingness to be field-active and travel as needed
  
  


• Professional conduct in all client interactions
