At SkyHop Global, we are the industry leader in airline crew ground transportation, and we’re looking for a Station Manager in Tampa, FL to oversee all station operations, lead from the front, and ensure top-tier service for our airline clients.

This is a "Player-Coach" role—expect to be actively involved, including driving 20-30% of the time.

Your Role:

This isn’t just a management role—it’s a leadership role. You are in charge.

Full Operational Ownership – You are the sole leader on-site in a 24/7 operation. You run the show.

Hands-On Leadership – Be on the ground with your team, coaching, mentoring, and solving problems in real time.

Lead & Drive – Expect to drive 20-30% of the time to ensure smooth operations and meet demand.

Make Quick Decisions – In a dynamic environment, problems will arise. You fix them.

Hire, Train & Develop Teams – Recruit, onboard, and build a high-performance team.

Manage Performance & Accountability – Set expectations, track results, and take action to improve performance.

Ensure 24/7 Coverage – Work with scheduling and dispatch to keep operations running at all times.

Reports To: Regional Director

MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY – This role requires flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Valid Driver’s License Required – Clean driving record necessary.

Location & Work Environment:

Tampa, FL – Must live within a 35-minute commute.

100% On-Site – No remote work.

All-Weather Role – Comfortable working in outdoor conditions.
