At Fox Rent A Car, our Station Manager is the entrepreneurial force behind a high-performing location. You'll drive profitability, lead diverse teams, and make bold decisions that move the business forward every single day.

Your Primary Focus Is To

• Oversee and manage revenue streams, control expenses, and ensure profitability through strong P&L management

• Relay clear, concise information, updates, and feedback between HQ and branch teams

• Efficiently manage payroll, control overtime, and balance labor costs with operational needs

• Build a unified operations and sales team through effective communication and people management

• Develop teams to achieve company goals and manage high-volume customer transactions

• Inspire and guide teams, maintain alignment with company goals, and deliver excellent customer service

• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners

• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives

Education & Experience

• Demonstrated success in driving profitability through effective financial management and strategic planning

• Proven track record in managing high-volume operations and ensuring optimal customer service delivery

• Experience leading and developing diverse teams to achieve company objectives

• Strong background in P&L management

• Financial acumen and proficiency in financial analysis and budget management

• Preferred experience in rental car or service-related businesses

• Ability to create and maintain a positive, cohesive company culture

• Skilled in training, coaching, providing feedback, and developing teams
