Description
The San Francisco Conservatory of Music is looking for a Journeyman-level Engineer to assist in the O&M of its 1A eight-level facilities located in San Francisco's Civic Center. The incumbent will perform duties as assigned by the CE and ACE and may serve as the onsite engineer on Saturdays.
This position is covered under a Local 39 contract at the standard BOMA pay scale.
Requirements
This position requires a strong background in Central Plant HVAC, as well as extensive experience with Life Safety, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The incumbent should have solid mechanical skills, to maintain and repair various types of equipment, and computer skills, with proficiency in Word and Excel, needed for documentation. The Incumbent must be bondable with a valid CDL and auto insurance. Candidates should also have:
