The Madonna Inn is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager for Alex Madonna's Gold Rush Steak House. Full time salaried position working afternoons/evenings, typically 2:30pm - 10:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front of house operations of the steak house ensuring top quality service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a dynamic team to maintain a fun and enthusiastic work atmosphere
- Staff scheduling and training
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and safety
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience
