We are seeking an experienced steakhouse manager to join our team. As a steakhouse manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of skilled professionals. 

Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to, staffing, inventory, ordering, and financial reporting
• Ensure that all food and beverage operations are in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff to provide exceptional customer service
• Create and maintain a positive working environment for all staff members
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Some casual fine dining preferred

Requirements

Requirements:

• Management: 1 year (Required)
• Food and Beverage: 1 year (Required)
• Fine Dining: 1 year (Preferred)
• Proven track record of managing a team and achieving financial targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational skills
