We are currently looking for Steam and Hot Water Boiler Service Technicians to join our team in the Chicago, IL area.

What You’ll Do

The Steam and Hot Water Boiler Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various types of steam and hot water boilers and associated systems
This role requires a strong understanding of boiler operation, safety protocols, and diagnostic techniques to ensure optimal performance and compliance
Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions
Deliver consistent excellent customer service that always ensures a high level of customer satisfaction!

What Makes YOU Great

Minimum of [5] years of experience servicing and repairing steam and hot water boilers
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate's degree in HVAC, mechanical, or a related field is a plus
Current and valid [relevant certifications, e.g., Boiler Operator's License, EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification, OSHA 10/30] are preferred
Responsible, organized, Excellent communication skills
Self-Starter, confident, conscientious
Interpret information for others, have strong interpersonal relationship skills
Your ability to provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships!
You can work alone or in a fast-paced team environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, accountable, values high integrity, and a competitive spirit
Your already awesome positive attitude!
You can remain calm when dealing with stressful situations
Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Additional Requirements

Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check & and motor vehicle check
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
