Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking one Band Saw Operator with a strong go-getter attitude — someone who can take full responsibility for their work area and is confident in their ability to produce quality results. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a HEM vertical band saw or similar industrial saw equipment. We are also open to training applicants who have prior saw operation experience, can accurately read a measuring tape, and show strong motivation to learn and grow in the steel fabrication industry.

 Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a HEM vertical band saw or comparable equipment  
• OR prior saw operation experience with strong motivation to train on HEM equipment  
• Ability to read and interpret a measuring tape accurately  
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness  
• Reliable form of transportation to and from work daily  
• Excellent attendance and punctuality  
• Ability to work effectively in an industrial environment  
• Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks and maintain a clean, organized work area

Position Details

• Pay Range: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience  
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM  
• Department: Prefabrication
