Position Summary: As an Estimator & Detailer, you'll review structural designs, estimate fabrication work, perform 3D modeling, and coordinate with sales and operations to ensure project success.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Interface with customers during estimating and detailing phases.

· Review contract documents, establish scope, and communicate exclusions.

· Perform material take-offs and collaborate on pricing.

· Attend project kick-off meetings and resolve issues promptly.

· Coordinate with internal and external detailing groups.

· Conduct 3D and 2D modeling and drafting.

· May require occasional travel.

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.

· Minimum 3+ years of estimating and detailing experience.

Other Requirements & Skills:

· Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD, TEKLA or SDS.2 software.

· Strong interpersonal and technical skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Customer-oriented approach.

· Knowledge of relevant industry standards and practices.

Essential Functions:

· Detailing and modeling of structural elements.
