Position Overview

We are seeking a Steel Shop Cutter to join our structural steel fabrication team. This position involves cutting, shaping, and preparing steel components used in our innovative building systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Cut and shape structural steel parts to specifications


• Operate shop equipment including grinders, punches, press brakes, drill presses, magnetic drills, and standard drills


• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings


• Maintain safe and organized work practices


• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in steel fabrication (preferred)


• Proficiency with shop tools (grinders, punches, press brakes, drills)


• Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings


• Strong attention to detail and safety standards


• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
