We're located in North Lakeway and we want to meet YOU! We are looking for skilled and experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments.

You will be supplied with a company truck with all the latest HVAC tools. We’re looking to invest in you and for you to invest in us. We're looking for a team player who is comfortable working independently and who loves the feeling of a job well done, taking pride in completing jobs with a high standard of quality and efficiency.
Compensation will depend on experience. Ideal candidates will have full-time HVAC service, repair, and maintenance experience with a minimum of 3 years and are EPA certified. Must have reliable transportation, and a great attitude! Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
Responsibilities:
- Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as changing filters, replacing parts, and refilling non-toxic refrigerants
- Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
- Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using leak detection equipment
- Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical testing equipment
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
Qualifications:
- Past experience as an HVAC service technician
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- EPA Certification
- Experience with operation and maintenance of condensers, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-splits
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
