Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating a safe and efficient clinical environment? Garn & Mason Orthodontics is seeking a motivated Sterilization Technician to join our team! This role is critical to ensuring our practice runs smoothly and our patients receive the highest level of care.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee inventory and distribution of instruments, equipment, and supplies.
   
• Control inventory levels, reorder supplies, and check expiration dates.
   
• Inspect, disassemble, clean, and process reusable instrumentation and equipment.
   
• Diagnose equipment issues, replace or repair parts, and make process adjustments as needed.
   
• Support implementation of new technology and processes for improved efficiency.
   
• Maintain cleanliness of all processing equipment and department workspaces.
   
• Unload and store supplies correctly, ensuring items are tracked and logged properly.
   
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and state regulations while maintaining safety protocols.
   
• Create and manage processes and tools for mobile GIS data collection and consumption (as applicable).
   
• Perform other duties as assigned.
   

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in office equipment and software (MS Excel, Word, and practice management systems)
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and complete work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with doctors, team members, and patients
