Sterilization Technician

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is looking to add a full time Sterilization Technician to our professional team in our Garner NC office. As a patient-centered dental practice, we listen to our patients’ needs and work to find the best solutions to meet them. Our friendly staff and comfortable dental offices will make every dental procedure a relaxed and positive experience.

Key Competencies

 Practice proper equipment cleaning and sanitization practices

 Practice proper packaging of equipment and supplies for sterilization and utilization of the autoclave

 Clean up and restoration of Operatories

 Ensure each Operatory is adequately stocked with supplies (i.e. gloves, masks, floss, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.)

 Assist with limited administrative activities (i. e. scheduled reminder calls, front desk records scanning)

 Responsible for laundry (blankets, lab coats, etc.)

 May include moderate janitorial duties

• Previous Sterilization Technician or back office dental experience preferred
• Regular and timely attendance
• Ability to demonstrate a teamwork approach to job responsibilities
• Must perform frequent repetitive work with attention to detail
• Must have the ability to be flexible and accept different work assignments with a positive approach
• Ability to exercise confidentiality with Patients and patient care
