Our brand-new Maple Grove office is looking for a Sterilization Technician to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients and staff.

Position Summary

The Sterilization Technician is responsible for maintaining proper sterilization, disinfection, and infection control procedures throughout the dental office. This role ensures instruments and equipment are prepared and available to support smooth clinical operations and outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment following OSHA, CDC, and practice protocols.
   
• Maintain sterilization logs and monitor equipment for proper function.
   
• Prepare instrument trays and operatories for procedures.
   
• Manage inventory of sterilization supplies and report shortages.
   
• Assist dental assistants and clinicians with chairside setup and room turnover as needed.
   
• Follow all infection control and safety procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
   
• Support the clinical team with occasional back-office tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.  
• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.  
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and sterilization procedures is a plus.  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.  
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
