Experience & Key Responsibilities: 

• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment following infection control and OSHA guidelines. 
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure operatories are clean, organized, and fully stocked. 
• Transport, process, and package instruments for sterilization cycles. 
• Monitor sterilization equipment and maintain accurate sterilization logs. 
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. 

• Prior dental sterilization or clinical support experience preferred. 
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols in a dental setting. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards. 
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pediatric dental environment. 
• Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
