Steward

Join the team at Marriott Orlando Downtown as a Steward, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. This position is ideal for individuals dedicated to supporting a high-quality dining experience through thorough sanitation and organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dishwashing and storage areas.


• Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean, organized, and in good working order.


• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries in an efficient manner.


• Work closely with culinary and service teams to support daily operations.


• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.


• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the kitchen.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.


• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.


• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
