  What you will be doing:
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces
  • Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction
  • Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment

• • Your experience and skills include:
    • Organized and a great team player
    • Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment
    • Understanding of food safety and hygiene

• • • Your team and working environment:
      • Ensures proper and cost effective utilization of resources aterial, equipment, cleaning supplies) to achieve high organizational profitability.
      • Controls breakage’s/ pilferage in assigned areas.
      • Assists Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor in smooth operation of the department.
      • Ensures garbage rooms are maintained as per international standards and garbage is handled as per hotels policy (e.g. screening)
      • Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities
      • Performs as per OSM Standards        
      • Proper grooming at all times
      • Attends training classes as per schedule
      • Shows fullest cooperation within the team and other departments
