To ensure the upkeep of the kitchen work areas, restaurant equipment and utensils are in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

As a Steward Supervisor,  you will:

• Assisting in overseeing Steward’s operation
• Responsibilities include keeping all areas pertaining to the kitchen clean and safe at all time.
• Assisting in training the employees
• Familiar with cleaning agents
• Assist in conducting safety and employee meetings once a week.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
• Follow instructions without close supervision.
• Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• 1 year Dishwashing Supervisor.
• Must be at least 18 and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company golf carts.
