• In-depth knowledge of sanitation, food safety, chemical handling, and safety regulations.
• Strong understanding of stewarding equipment and operational workflows.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency in basic to intermediate math.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
• High attention to detail and operational excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational or technical training in hospitality, culinary operations, or sanitation preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of supervisory experience in stewarding or related operations.
• Experience in high-volume, luxury, or multi-unit hospitality environments preferred.
• Proven experience managing teams, schedules, and operational standards.
