State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
Location: Blue Ash, OH
Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time / All Shifts Available

We are currently seeking a reliable and caring STNA to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Provide high-quality, hands-on care to residents in accordance with their care plans

  
  


• 
  

  Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

  
  


• 
  

  Take and record vital signs, report changes in condition

  
  


• 
  

  Support residents’ emotional well-being and promote dignity and independence

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility and state guidelines

  
  


• 
  

  Work collaboratively with nurses and other care team members to ensure outstanding resident care

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Active Ohio STNA certification (required)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and teamwork skills

  
  


• 
  

  Genuine compassion for seniors and individuals needing skilled nursing care

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
