REQUIREMENTS (Simple):

  Active Ohio STNA License (with valid number, issue & expiration dates)

  Valid Driver's License (not expired, suspended, or revoked)

  Reliable vehicle with active auto insurance

  Pass standard background checks (DODD, DRC, Exclusion List, Nurse Aide Registry, Offender Watch, OIG, SAM)

  Commit to minimum 20 hours per week
