Stock Associate - 59th Street

What’s the role about?

At Reiss London, our Stock Assistants play a vital role in helping to create a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring all daily operational tasks are actioned to the highest standard to support the store achieving targets through operational excellence. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for customer service. Role Responsibilities

• Previous stockroom experience, ideally within a premium or luxury retail environment
• A commercial approach to store operations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously
• Follow all safety and security guidelines
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

What you’ll be doing

• Processing stock deliveries, ensuring all items are sensored and pre-retailed to the highest standard
• Ensuring new lines and replenishment are placed on the shop floor as priority following delivery
• Ensure accurate stocking and display of merchandise
• Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Managing timely replenishment of stock throughout the day, ensuring size availability is always maintained
• Supporting recovery and standards on the sales floor
• Maintain cleanliness of store shelves and displays
• Processing stock recalls back to the warehouse in line with our IWT stock returns standards and policy
• Processing store-to-store transfers in line with our IBT standards and policy
• Completing Inventory scans daily and maintaining stock file accuracy through regular audits
• Supporting faulty stock management and go-backs
• Ensuring stockroom standards, organization and cleanliness are maintained to support replenishment and limit stock damage
