About the Role:

As a Stock Clerk at Ideaboxpro, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that products are readily available for our consulting projects. You'll work closely with our logistics team to receive, store, and distribute materials effectively.
Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.

Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to reconcile discrepancies.

Prepare orders for delivery or pick up based on inventory levels and customer requests.

Assist in packaging and labeling products for shipping.

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill inventory requests and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and workspaces.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or inventory management is a plus.

Proven experience as a stock clerk or similar role preferred.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
