Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storage Facility Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of our storage facility. Your work will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize common areas, hallways, storage unit exteriors, restrooms, and office spaces.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash regularly from the facility.

Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.

Ensure that walkways, entryways, and parking areas remain clean and free of debris.

Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.

Notify management of any maintenance issues or unusual conditions.

Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs (if applicable).

Follow all health and safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physically able to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs and standing/walking for long periods.

Dependable, punctual, and professional.
