Job Description - Store Associate - Delivery Driver

Store Associate - Delivery Associate


Full-Time


Store Hours:



  • Monday - Friday 9 AM - 8:30 PM

  • Sunday: 10 AM - 6 PM


Open availability required - the candidate in this role must have open availability and be able to work mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.


Pay Rate:  $16.00/hr.
Location:  3218 S US Hwy 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34982


Who You Are: 


As a Delivery Associate, you are a key part of our team, ensuring timely and secure product deliveries while providing an exceptional customer experience. You serve as a Brand Ambassador, delivering top-notch service and educating guests about our products. When deliveries are not scheduled, you’ll assist guests on the sales floor, contributing to a seamless shopping experience. 


What You’ll Do: 



  • Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers while maintaining professionalism and discretion. 

  • Perform routine checks on company delivery vehicles, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.

  • Accurately document deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and compliance-related records in the designated system.

  • Utilize mapping software and navigation tools to optimize delivery routes.

  • Provide excellent customer service to foster customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Assist in-store guests with product selection and purchases as needed. 

  • Maintain compliance with state regulations, including accurate patient dispensation record-keeping. 


What You’ll Bring: 



  • Tech-savvy with experience using navigation and delivery software.

  • 25+ years of age (for insurance requirements).

  • 1+ years of experience in retail. 

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). 


Even Better if You Have: 



  • Experience with LeafLogix and OnFleet. 

  • Previous experience working in the cannabis industry. 


Physical Requirements:   


While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, use hands and finger to feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, and lift up to 50 pounds.  This position requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors), peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships), and the ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus).   


Work Environment:   


This job operates in a professional retail environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, POS systems, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This position has allergen warnings including potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens and requires the ability to work in confined spaces, have a high stress tolerance, adaptability, and be flexible to work in an ever-changing environment.
