Store Associate - Key Holder

Accountability:  Store Manager

Status: Full Time; Non-Exempt

Purpose:  To assist in providing supervision, customer service, and keeping the store running smoothly.

Duties:

1. Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store.


2. Assist in resolving customer complaints and returns in absence of manager or supervisor.


3. Operate the register as scheduled.


4. Assist in opening and closing store as instructed.


5. Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and assist in keeping store clean.


6. Be alert for shoplifters.


7. Be part of staff meetings and team building.


8. Other duties as assigned.
