What You'll Be Doing


As Location Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the Rental, Service, and Parts departments — keeping everything running efficiently while supporting your team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Your focus will include:



  • Leading daily operations across Rental, Service, and Parts

  • Managing workflow, equipment utilization, and turnaround times

  • Coaching and developing team members across multiple functions

  • Driving performance, profitability, and operational efficiency

  • Monitoring KPIs and taking action to improve results

  • Partnering with HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams

  • Creating a strong, accountable, team-first culture

  • Ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence


What You Bring



  • Strong leadership experience (multi-department leadership preferred)

  • Ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

  • Business mindset with understanding of performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Customer-first approach with a focus on service excellence

  • Prior equipment/construction industry experience is a plus — service or dealership background is especially helpful, but not required
