Job Title: Bilingual Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Store Manager to join our fast-paced wireless store. As a Bilingual Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching our sales team to achieve weekly sales targets and provide exceptional customer service to our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve weekly sales targets

- Provide exceptional customer service to our diverse customer base

- Train and coach the sales team on sales techniques and product knowledge

- Manage inventory and ensure the store is well-stocked at all times

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management

Requirements:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish 

- Proven experience as a sales leader and sales coach

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in prepaid wireless sales management.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
