Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing inventory, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling and training staff

- Oversee inventory management and ordering of food and supplies

- Organize catering services and run current promotions effectively

- Monitor and optimize profits while maintaining high standards of service

- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and feedback promptly

- Develop and implement performance management strategies for employees

- Report directly to the Owners regarding operational performance and customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to analyze financial data and optimize costs

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
