Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals
- Create employee schedules and manage employees to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Oversee the restocking and organization of merchandise
- Assist customers with shopping, inquiries, and complaints and check out
- Provide initial as well as ongoing training of staff to ensure a knowledgeable and skilled workforce
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in store management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively
