Looking for a leadership role where retail meets community impact? Join Arc Herkimer Goods Store as our next Store Manager! You’ll lead a dynamic team, keep the store running smoothly, and create an outstanding experience for both customers and donors—all while supporting a mission that empowers people with disabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily store operations & staff schedules
• Drive sales while keeping expenses in check
• Keep the store safe, clean, and well-stocked
• Train, motivate, and evaluate your team
• Build relationships with customers and local donors

Schedule

• May include days (7am–3pm), evenings (12pm–8pm), and weekends. 
• One Sunday per month is required. 

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years retail experience required
• 5+ years supervisory experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a busy retail environment
