Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of store operations, sales performance, and team development
Drive Sales KPI results, including AOV, UPT, Conversion, and Customer Reviews
Consistently model and reinforce the D.O.L.L.S. Standards through customer engagement and team coaching
Lead with accountability, ownership, creativity, and alignment to the company’s Core Values
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Create a culture of accountability, ownership, customer obsession, and teamwork
Execute visual merchandising and maintain Dolls Kill brand standards
Build relationships within the local community through partnerships, activations, influencers, events, and grassroots marketing opportunities
Identify innovative ways to increase store traffic, customer engagement, repeat business, and brand awareness
Analyze business trends and create action plans to drive profitability and long-term growth

Ability to run and operate the business as if it were your own
A leader who does not wait for foot traffic to walk through the door — you actively think about how to drive traffic, build community engagement, and create reasons for customers to visit the store

Flexible and able to pivot quickly when business needs shift or priorities change
Open to direction, coaching, and feedback with the understanding that adaptability and accountability aid in leadership growth and development
Confidence to speak up for what your store and team need to be successful
Ability to drive sales, KPI performance, team development, and operational excellence
Deep understanding of the local market, neighborhood culture, community, nightlife, festivals, music, and events
Experience building authentic customer relationships and creating memorable in-store experiences
Proven ability to coach, inspire, and hold teams accountable to performance expectations
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
