Job Description - Store Manager

Run a store that runs on purpose. As a Store Manager you lead a team of 10–20, own the Guest experience, and drive sales, labor, and quality — backed by an operator group with real systems (daily checklists, automated ordering and scheduling support, weekly scorecards).

We're the largest nutritional smoothie brand in the nation, 1,300+ stores strong, and we grow our best managers into multi-store leaders.

What you'll do

  • Hire, train, and develop your team
  • Lead shifts from the floor; model Guest-first service
  • Run smoothie and Power Eats food operations to brand standard
  • Manage labor %, inventory, ordering, cash handling, and food safety
  • Grow sales through local marketing and community presence

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years leading a food-service or retail team preferred
  • Strong people leadership, accountability, and a hands-on work ethic
  • A passion for health, fitness, and Guest experience
