What you'll do
- Hire, train, and develop your team
- Lead shifts from the floor; model Guest-first service
- Run smoothie and Power Eats food operations to brand standard
- Manage labor %, inventory, ordering, cash handling, and food safety
- Grow sales through local marketing and community presence

What we're looking for
- 2+ years leading a food-service or retail team preferred
- Strong people leadership, accountability, and a hands-on work ethic
- A passion for health, fitness, and Guest experience
