Your Role

A great opportunity to lead the retail team at Vinnies in Camden as full-time Store Manager. This role is for someone who loves the buzz in a busy environment, and is ready to work fully hands-on in all areas of store operations.  You will be instrumental to building a team that has great collaboration; has their customers’ best in-store shopping experience as a priority.    Equally important is your ability to draw strategic actions to ensure store and team objectives are successfully achieved.

Your Responsibility

You Will Need

• Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail 


• Strong leadership skills; with good fashion sense   


• Strong focus on customer experience


• Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching


• Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
