Are you a powerhouse seller with leadership chops and a passion for performance? PARC Auto LLC is looking for a high-performing, sales-focused Store Manager to lead one of our busiest locations in Kentucky. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning hustle into high earnings, this is your moment.

The more you sell, the more you earn. With base pay plus performance bonuses, top managers can earn $140K+ annually. This is a high-volume shop with massive potential—and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to make it the best in our network.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the Charge: Motivate, coach, and grow a team of skilled technicians.

Drive Sales: Implement smart strategies to boost revenue and hit aggressive targets.

Own the Experience: Deliver top-tier customer service that keeps people coming back.

Run the Show: Oversee daily operations, streamline workflows, and keep things moving.

Adapt & Execute: Take on additional duties as needed to keep the shop thriving.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven leadership and team-building skills

Strong sales mindset with a hunger to exceed goals

Passion for customer service and operational excellence

3 - 5 years of experience in automotive service management (preferred) or similar

Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and shop management tools (e.g., Tekmetric)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (may be required)

Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
