We are seeking an influential Store Manager to join our amazing team at Rent-A-Center in District Heights, MD.

Store Manager-In-Training

The role of Store Manager-In-Training (MIT) was created to provide a fast-track for highly motivated individuals eager to become Store Managers. In this position, you are held to superior customer service standards. You are expected to directly contribute to store goals by performing key duties in all aspects of operations. You will also be expected to take initiative from day one and you would not have it any other way. You should know that traveling to other stores within a district is part of the program. In fact, you must be willing to work in another store in the area after completing your training, if necessary. But we know you will do whatever it takes. That is what being a Store Manager-In-Training at Rent-A-Center is all about. Are you ALL in?

Do you have what it takes?

  • At least 3 years of retail management experience plus a college degree; or 5 years of retail management experience with at least 2 years managing a budget.
  • Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be willing to transfer to another store location in the area.
