Position: Mattress Store Sales & Operations Coordinator
Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina

Key Responsibilities:
Primary Focus:
Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and provide exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression.
Sales Excellence: Guide customers through our product offerings, maintain strong product knowledge, and actively contribute to achieving sales goals.
Expanding Responsibilities:
Store Operations: As you grow with us, you'll take on tasks such as organizing and maintaining the store floor, managing displays, and ensuring overall tidiness.
Customer Communications: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Logistics & Deliveries: Over time, you'll assist in coordinating deliveries, managing logistics, and tracking product inventory.
Inventory Management: Gain experience in ordering, inventory tracking, and ensuring our stock levels meet customer demand.
Reporting & Processes: You'll also contribute to the creation of reports, help refine in-store processes, and support the overall business operations.
Marketing & Merchandising: Assist with local marketing efforts and take on merchandising tasks to drive store traffic and enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in retail, sales, or customer service roles.
- Background in mattress or furniture sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional appearance and friendly attitude are essential.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale and consumer financing systems.
- Ambition to take on new challenges and grow within a dynamic startup environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs occasionally.
- Must pass basic drug and background screening.
