Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

  Proper receiving and storing all food and food-related items delivered to the storeroom following documented standards*

  
  


• 
  

  Flagging all product issues immediately to the delivery person, manager, and chef as needed to reconcile counts and/or quality*

  
  


• 
  

  Filling requisitions and ensuring that food, beverage, and related items are delivered as requested*

  
  


• 
  

  Keeping unauthorized personnel out of storage areas and maintaining secure storage to protect assets*

  
  


• 
  

  Preparation for and accurate execution of periodic inventories*

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate all concerns with product, process, and personnel to Storeroom Lead, Storeroom Manager, or Chef to assist in resolving issues promptly*

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with daily inventories and orders in Eatec (or other ordering platforms) as needed and transmit and place orders by phone to maintain appropriate pars for the business levels or as needed by operations*

  
  


• 
  

  Clean and maintain organization for all storeroom areas, including refrigerators, freezers, dry storage, and receiving area*

  
  


• 
  

  Perform other duties as assigned

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Minimum age 18 years

  
  


• 
  

  Valid PA driver's license (in order to drive company vehicle).

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent.

  
  


• 
  

  At least 1 year of experience in storeroom operations required

  
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 
  

  Heavy lifting required, up to 75 lbs

  
  


• 
  

  Able to speak, read, and write in English

  
  

Job Demands:

• 
  

  Proper lifting practices must be used

  
  


• 
  

  Start time varies from 5 AM to 11 AM

  
  


• 
  

  Proper footwear must be provided by employee.

  
  


• 
  

  This is a union position and the work schedule will be based on union seniority. Candidates must be able to meet scheduled requirements, which may require evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
