Food and Beverage Storeroom Clerk

The Food & Beverage Storeroom Clerk plays a critical role in maintaining inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of the food and beverage department at The Resort at Longboat Key Club.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect deliveries of food and beverage supplies


• Organize, label, and store items in the storeroom


• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when items need to be reordered


• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts


• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill internal supply requests


• Follow proper food safety and storage procedures


• Report Accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager, Complete safety certifications


• Other reasonable duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Clean Driving Record Required


• Previous experience driving vans and box trucks


• Prior experience in a similar role preferred


• Knowledge of proper food storage and handling techniques


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Strong attention to detail


• Hours 8 am to 4 pm,  Days off are Sunday and Thursday


• Some Food service cooking experience preferred


• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.


• Must be able to work on feet for 8 hour shift
