Requirements

• Safety and housekeeping values must be top principle.
• Strong planning, problem solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Promote a positive work environment for growth and sustainability.
• Participate and work with co-workers as needed on RCA/Corrective action items.
• Follow standard procedures/ best practices and offer suggestion to improve efficiencies,
• Participate, use, and support the maintenance work order system for continued growth and development,
• Work with department leaders on coordination of planned work and support unplanned work as necessary.
• Task and project oriented
• Ability to work with all levels of management.
• Ability to work some off shifts and weekends.
• Other duties as required by the needs of the plant.

Minimum Education and Experience

• Minimum of 1-3 years in an industrial/manufacturing warehousing environment.
• Related college degree preferred or equivalent experience in maintenance or procurement.
• Mechanical Aptitude and Process Equipment maintenance experience preferred.
• Microsoft/ERP proficient
• Advanced computer skills for reporting, information transfer, and analysis are preferred.
