Storeroom Team Member

Primary Responsibilities:

• Embrace and uphold the IBiZ Now safety philosophy.


• Receive, verify, and unload material deliveries.


• Notify and/or deliver materials to internal customers.


• Maintain current forklift and extend-a-boom certifications with a safe operating record.


• Organize and properly label spare part shelves in storerooms.


• Serve as the point of contact for:
  
  
  
  • On-site mill services
  
  
  • Scrap, recycling, and waste disposal
  
  
  • Snack vending and food trucks
  
  
  • Other localized services
  
  
  
  


• Coordinate:
  
  
  
  • Orders and deliveries for operational supplies and rental equipment
  
  
  • Outbound shipments and repairs
  
  
  • Tracking of outstanding assets for the facility
  
  
  
  


• Ensure vendor compliance with:
  
  
  
  • Site insurance requirements
  
  
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements while on site
  
  
  
  


• Resolve blocked invoices as needed.


• Conduct inventory management tasks:
  
  
  
  • Quarterly cycle counts of spare parts
  
  
  • Monthly cycle counts of critical spares
  
  
  • Investigate and resolve inventory shrinkage and growth
  
  
  • Perform weekly work order shelf audits in targeted areas
  
  
  
  


• Complete inventory/warehouse improvement projects as assigned.


• Travel to other company facilities and attend company trainings as required.

Job Experience:
A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.

• Prior receiving and/or storeroom experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is desired, along with a degree or certification in the related field.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Stable employment history.
