Storm Drain Technician / Outdoor GIS Technician

Gaskins + LeCraw is a premier provider of civil engineering, survey, planning and consulting, and construction management for municipal, commercial and residential clients..  We are currently looking for Storm Drain Technicians to join our team in Marietta - South Cobb Drive location.  This is a Monday - Friday position with the hours of 7am - 3:30pm.  If you enjoy working outdoors with a permanent schedule, this is the role for you!  No experience required!

DAILY TASK:

• Work with crew member to evaluate conditions of storm drains
• Use digital cameral to take pictures of pipe conditions
• Operate, inspect and maintain various equipment / tools associated with work activities
• Use of GPS to locate storm structures
• Conduct field work to collect data
• Collect date for projects
• Perform moderate manual tasks associated with work activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, highly reliable and great work ethic
• Exposure to outdoor environments
• Pre-employment drug testing and background check is required as a condition of employment
• Must have a valid Drivers License
