STP Screens Assembler

The STP Screens Assembler is responsible for grinding Screens, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.\n\n * Consistently maintain an average of four or fewer Operator Error NRs per week.\n\n * Grind materials according to the assigned due dates.\n\n * Ability to consistently maintain proper workflow, ensuring that no more than 10 Equivalent Screens are waiting to be ground at any time.\n\n * Capability of grinding all screens except Telsonics with welded transducers, Pharma Screens, and New Product Screens.\n\n * Maintain and promote proper housekeeping throughout the work area.\n\n * Follow and actively promote all safety policies.\n\n * Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation.\n\n * Demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with all applicable standard operating procedures.\n\n\n\n\nSLB is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. SLB is a VEVRAA Federal Contractor\u2014priority referral Protected Veterans requested.\n\nMinimum Qualifications \u0026 Experience:\n\n * High School Diploma or Equivalent.\n * 0-2 years experience in a manufacturing setting. \n * Must be able to wear required PPE along with respirator, impact resistant gloves and apron. \n * Strong organizational and problem solving skills\n * Ability to communicate with management and peers in a clear and professional manner.\n * Efficient in basic computer skills: accessing and sending emails, completing online certifications and tests, etc.\n * Proactively identify and resolve any issues or problems that could arise and/or the ability to direct said issue or problem to the appropriate team.\n * This role follows a full time schedule and requires regular in\u2011person work at our Florence, KY office. Candidates must live within commuting distance.
