As a Strategic Account Executive for the Publishing Services Sales team, you will enhance the company's position and reputation by properly servicing and corresponding with all assigned and new accounts in a dependable and timely manner. Engage in up-sell opportunities on current and future customer projects. Identify and sell RRD Publishing Services capabilities to existing accounts in order to expand service offerings, as well as new accounts. Manage customer inquiries regarding customer orders in process and future orders pending. Enhance customer relationship by working closely with customer on the development of targeted solutions and new business opportunities. This is a hybrid position and is located in the Western United States.

This is a salary plus commission program eligible role and the current RRD salary range is $50,000 to $150,000 / year with commission potential. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range, as well as the commission program, may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.
