Job Description - Strategic Accounts Manager

Join Keller Executive Search as a Strategic Accounts Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our relationships with key clients. This position involves developing strategic plans to drive client success and contribute to the company’s growth. We are seeking a results-oriented professional with strong capabilities in account management, client engagement, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and deepen client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor account performance and client feedback to proactively address challenges.
  • Prepare and present business reviews and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Proven experience in strategic account management or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and client relationship management principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and convert them into actionable goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
