We are looking for a highly communicative, relationship-driven, and strategically minded SDR who will represent our company and leadership through high-level LinkedIn outreach, networking, and relationship building within the international tech ecosystem.

This is not a traditional mass-outreach SDR role.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and copywriting skills who understands how to build trust, maintain warm professional relationships, and communicate naturally with founders, CTOs, CEOs, VPs, and hiring leaders.

  • 20+ years working with international tech companies and startups
  • Strong network and reputation within the Israeli tech ecosystem
  • Existing sales infrastructure and outbound systems already in place
  • Multiple executive and C-level LinkedIn profiles available for strategic outreach
  • Large existing database of founders, CTOs, engineering leaders, and decision makers
  • AI-powered outbound workflows, automation systems, and data processes already implemented
  • Strong written English communication and copywriting skills
  • Experience in SDR, outbound sales, lead generation, executive communications, or relationship management
  • Ability to communicate naturally with senior-level stakeholders and decision makers
  • Understanding of LinkedIn networking, social selling, and relationship-based outreach
  • Strong research and personalization skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and outbound tools
  • Interest in AI tools and AI-driven workflows
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt communication styles
  • Ability to think strategically rather than operate through generic templates
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive personality
  • Manage strategic outbound communication through executive LinkedIn profiles
  • Write highly personalized outreach messages tailored to founders, CTOs, CEOs, VPs, and hiring leaders
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with decision makers in the Israeli and international tech ecosystem
  • Conduct warm and natural follow-ups that feel human, relationship-driven, and non-salesy
  • Identify hiring signals, funding rounds, expansion activities, partnership opportunities, and business needs
  • Engage with prospects through comments, reactions, and relationship-building activities before direct outreach
  • Maintain consistency in communication style, tone of voice, and personal branding
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, recruiters, lead generation, and sales teams
  • Work with CRM systems, LinkedIn automation tools, AI tools, and outbound workflows
  • Use AI tools for personalization, research, communication quality improvement, and outreach scalability
  • Continuously improve outbound messaging frameworks, outreach strategies, and engagement approaches
