Role Overview
Strategic Growth Analysts work directly with customers to drive member outcomes leveraging predictive insights from big data. You’ll immerse yourself into our customers’ challenges, priorities, and business models. You’ll partner with customer teams and N1 Health Delivery Teams to explore the data and lead the strategic vision that drives value for our customers and enables us to scale. Your core objective will be to understand what our customers need and propose solutions leveraging N1 Health Services and Technology Product. Your work will lead customers to run member outreach campaigns that create value for their businesses and improve the health outcomes for individuals and families.
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to understand their priorities and challenges
- Dig into ambiguous problems to identify new business opportunities and propose solutions
- Lead the strategic vision for scaling our services with customers
- Ensure that the product is meeting our customer needs and having a measurable impact on the business and their members
- Develop and manage ROI models
- Propose N1 Health’s Services and Technology Product to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- Ability to analyze business processes, identify barriers, and design prescriptive solutions
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and propose complex, data driven programs to achieve business outcomes
- Experience with building financial models
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 applications
- Demonstrated project experience and success achieving outcomes
- Ability to work in ambiguity and experience of self-motivated accomplishments in a high-pressure environment
- Adaptive and introspective mindset; willing to learn, teach, lead, take risks and follow
- STEM Degree and/or highly quantitative background
$70,000 - $90,000 a year
