Hi there. We are currently hiring for a Strategic Operations Coordinator based in Jennings, Louisiana.
This is a full time, in office role supporting a senior executive. It is perfect for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and focused on helping leadership stay effective and on track.
A major part of this role involves technology. You need to be confident with IT tools — not just using them, but using them well. You will be working with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Excel, SharePoint, Photo Management Programs, ChatGPT, Grammarly, and more. You should know how to move quickly and efficiently through those tools to support operations.
In this role, you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, track follow-ups, organize travel plans, handle expense reports, and maintain digital files. The goal is to keep everything running smoothly and nothing falling through the cracks.
We are looking for someone with at least five years of administrative or executive support experience, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
