Position Statement
The Strategic Project Manager will be responsible for management and effective delivery of B2B level initiatives, strategic endeavors, and daily management of priority clients for StiR Creative Collective. The Strategic Manager will assume operational control of critical relationship deals and multi-unit portfolio projects currently in development and support future business development opportunities.
Active portfolio projects include development of a scalable beverage program for a portfolio of 50+ pool bars across the United States and implementation of a small footprint grab and go retail concept for a portfolio of 125+ units. Future development opportunities include management and delivery of a turnkey restaurant concept for a 10-unit portfolio of ClientHotels and Resorts properties across the United States.
The Strategic Project Manager for StiR will be tasked with Client management and implementation of complex and coordinated projects that require a direct and high-touch approach.
Position Summary
The Strategic Project Manager will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:• Effectively assume operational control over and implement/deliver two (2) current active projects.• Day-to-day management of current projects and coordination with internal and external partners.• Support on-site training and implementation of concepts as required.• Act as singular point of contact for high-value clients, providing expert guidance and seamless service.• Operationalize final deliverables to create turnkey packages for property-level use.• Track results and document success using qualitative and quantitative metrics.• Document outcomes to prove business case and demonstrate engagement value proposition.• Support business development efforts for future opportunities.
